What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We recognize that plans can change, so we strive to offer a flexible cancellation policy. To reserve your date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. The balance of 50% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your event. If you cancel at least 30 days before the event, you will be refunded 50% of the total rental cost. However, cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
